Hi all - Don Thomas announced that June
7th (a
Monday - because of good tides) a pontoon trip will be available to
members for
$35 per person. The boat will launch from Manatee Boat Rentals' new site
at
10606 W. Halls River Road, in Homosassa. You can "Google" the address
for a good
map - or for those who prefer ... take Halls River Road (490A) West from
SR 19,
just North of the Homosassa State Park. This road wanders along the
river on the
opposite shore from the usual launching marina.
Because both Tom and Don will be on
vacation,
Paul Robillard has volunteered to coordinate the trip. Please contact
him ASAP
so he'll know how many boats to reserve. He'll also have any other
details
needed about the trip.
Mike Leo has volunteered to take on the
donut and
coffee chore, as well as the 50/50 drawing and sales at our June meeting.
